Ive had my 91K100rs a couple of years, Ive replaced the clutch, all brake lines, rebuilt the front master cylinder with a sleeve to 20mm to make for cheaper seals, saved a fortune as it was buggered and waaay cheaper than a replacement.
Rebuilt the collector and put an after market silencer of , more performance. (not that it was the goal) Im just a chep bastard and it looks good n sounds great too.
A guy I knew said they sound like a jar of angry bees with decent exhaust. Yup he was correct.
Oh yea, sayin HI Smile

Welome Argon, as Rick G says "you're a gas man" which in Ireland means you are good craic (Crack). Nothing to do with drugs, it just means you are fracking awesome but not in that sense! Confused?? We all wrk on the assumption that language is universal but we all manipulate it locally. don't worry it's all good  Very Happy

As regards saving on the bike....well humanity has been at it's most resourceful at times of the greatest scarcity which is why Technology leaps forward in wartime. So just think of it as being resourceful and ingenious!

Enjoy the form Mate.
