Just put together this album of a trip to Villa Garcia, Galicisa, Spain

3,350 miles

A friend had just bought a "K" (Kawasaki Vulcan 1500  ) in Spain so decided to ride out 1,200mile in 4.5 days to sail and then return with him via Los Picos and Pyrenees mountains.

Only 1 rainy day!

Nice photos!  We were fortunate enough to pass through Galicia this past Spring.  I was really taken by the beauty of the place.  Of particular note was Cangas, across the bay from Vigo.  I sure hope to return again, next time on two wheels. I'd like to keep a bike either in Spain or Portugal so it'd be easy to ride there regularly.

I think that a trip down the west coast of France, across the Pyrenees, through the Picos and into the top of Portugal, is definitely in order, for spring 2017

I was in Germany trying (and somewhat succeeding) to get a better avatar picture. It could do with less glare but opportunities to get it were difficult to find. The style there is 90s clothing and, weirdly, naturism

I too have heard the Picos are fantastic as long as it isn't raining too much, and the bits I've seen on youtube seem to suggest Portugal got lots of roads perfectly surfaced with EU money and then had no money of their own to make the roads need anything on them. Perfection! Not sure I have the money for it right now though..
