Actually it should never get through any form of safety test. Shocks are upside down (Hagons don't do reverse valve shocks to the best of my knowledge - the labels have been peeled off and reapplied) and the top shock mounts are only one bump away from snapping the mounts clear of the frame. There's a good reason why top shock mounts are usually in a triangulated area of the frame.

I've built and repaired a few customs in my time and seen some downright dangerous frame mods but some people still have the capacity to make me wince.
