My mother-in-law's birthday that day... i'll do my best to get there, but can't guarantee anything.

Hi every body. Have finally got my RS sorted. So look forward to joining up for a few more rides.

Cool and we should also have Colin and his K1 with us as well on the day

Hopefully we will get a turn out of  Purists  bikes, Cafe bike, and at least one K1

 I would have but going to the GS Safari on Tuesday morning  so pushing my luck to have a weekend away on the bike just before a fortnight away on the bike

Matt I know where you live and I have a crusty old sailor as muscle. Have a great time on Sunday fella's, I might hold a home movie night after Monday.

Reasonable turnout today. 2 SE's (Matt and Gary), 2 RS's (Moi and 1 on a trailer to Canberra with Matts Dad), and a K1 (Colin), and Vic's Custom K (entered in show - result pending). Another custom K was also in the show (?Dans?).

4 of us met up at Yatala for a leisurely (lots of traffic) 40min run to Canungra Show grounds.

Really good swap meet/show with plenty of rare veteran, vintage and classic bikes. The carpark was just as good as the show with plenty of well presented bikes of all stripes.

We all made our separate ways home, leaving Vic behind to see if he won the Cafe/Custom/Bobber class - lots of interest,  so he has a good show at winning. Both custom K's in the show presented well...somebodies got photos I hope.

Thanks to QLD Historical Motorcycle Club for staging the event. Well worth attending in the future.
