Any and all recommendations for bike covers that can do duty outdoors. Would be for a K100RS.

This is the one I've used for yonks now. I got it in America five years ago and it's still going strong, even under the harsh Aussie sun and rain, and comes in a few different sizes (go for one larger than you think it should be), and it's almost waterproof too. It should be fine for the well-known Pacific North Wet drizzle, too.
