Motobins or Motorworks both in the UK. Motorworks may even have used ones.

I bought a pair from Motobins for my 91 K75 (part number 93900). They fit but are not long enough and a pig to fit to the top of the fork slider due to the proximity of the fork brace. Still looking for a better alternative.

My Brick has those, too. It is a snug fit for lower clamp between the brace and the tube but silicone spray and patience is effective in the installation. I'm using homely Ace Hardware pipe clamps on them now but my goal is to use titanium Oetiker clamps with abalone purfling. Laughing
