I have a LCD display that came with the bike that only displays Kmh and UK requirements are mph. I have purchased a separate LCD display that I'm looking to wire into the 6 pin connector on the supplied display.
My problem is I need to identify which colour wires in the 6 pin are positive, negative and speedline.!
The Chinese seller/manufacturer is no help whatsoever New Member looking for advice Pxl_2010

If you can get your e-moto's original instrument to toggle between Odo and Trip by pressing a button on the instrument's front panel, when it brings up Odo, continue to hold down the button and it might switch to MPH. It seems a few of these random instruments work like that—at least on YouTube they do. Laughing

Hi
Thanks for the reply
The buttons on the side of the display don't seem to have any function whatsoever they seem to be just for show.
Managed to find the pin for the power on the original display but when connecting it to the power cable on the round display it doesn't seem to light up so I'm thinking I'm going to need go through the wiring loom or controller but haven't got a clue where to start.

Hi
It Needs to display mph to pass MSVA test before it can be registered with DVLA as it's a new import
