G'Day All. I gather I should have visited here in the beginning, From my posts you will gather I have a K75c that I have added k100rt Handlebars and F/D to to keep it going, of cause its not going but am hoping to re-register it in the new year once I sort the tank out and probably paint it. Anyway I have done 230k on it so far in that time I've replaced the clutch and the f/d. It has an old R100 rt replica fairing on it. I am quiet impressed with the cut down fairing on a k100 that Cf put up in 2010 and may have to make a copy of the K100 rt fairing thats hanging in the shed at the mo along with afew other bit of the K100 I purchased in Sydney. I had a poster of an old Indian 442 four cylinder in the shed I used to stare at for inspiration but after purchasing the K100 with the busted fairing and pretty much nothing left on it I got to seeing the K as a modern equivalent to the Indian, But when I finish with that scoot I will have to grab some wire wheels from the 1993-4-5 R100R Classic or Mystic and just see when I can do with the K100 not to mention a gearbox and f/d, so I'm bound to be hanging around for some time, lucky its a good place to be. 70's music is the best isn't it, yeah that and the blues keeps the shed ajumpin, born in 59 so there is where the bias come from. So we surpossed to mention star signs and stuff? knitting? long rides in the dark???? The best thing about New South Wales is ya can go anywhere from it and its fun running through it. Keith

I must admit that I crank up Mozart, Pavarotti etc, whilst pondering the next step in the dismantlement of the Yellow Peril. Other times Beatles, Stones and even AC/DC. It's part of the wonderful process of being alone in your shed.

BTW, she started first kick after a fortnight in pieces, with new chain guide, coolant hoses, fuel pump. Purring like a kitten!!

Welcome to the forum, Keith!! Must catch up at some stage.

Rickmeister.
