Hi Everyone,
Jeff Jones here,in London,Ontario. I recently bought a 1985 K100RS for restoration. It has the most unusual lowers. I've never seen any like this before and have no idea where they came from. I've looked at them closely and they look so good they could have been made at the factory.

You bet that these lowers are unusuals. I never seen any like that too.
I don't know if you saw pictures of my K75 with the Sprint fairing, but it looks like it could come from the same manufacturer.
I just posted your pictures on an Europeen forum and I am waiting for an answer to see if anybody has some info.

Did I noticed a snow shovel beside your bike????
I wonder why you have one in sunny Ontario.

Thanks for sharing these pictures.

Cheers

Bert

I checked a number of European aftermarket suppliers awhile ago including Sprint and Wudo but nothing came up. It's a mystery! But they sure look good.
That IS a snow shovel you see in the picture-one of several I own. Boy, did they get a work out this past Winter. But, you folks in the Maritimes didn't get away too lightly either.
Cheers
Jeff

Wonder if its a cop bike modification? Like the special fairings and stuff the cop harley guys get with all their lights. I think Toronto police ran a few BMW's on their motorcycle fleet about 10 or 15 years ago. Looks great!
