Guys,

I've got a strange problem on the light switch on my K100.

If I use the "pass" switch it works only the first half of the run and not the second half. If i press the switch over half run it simply switch off lights. I tried to dismount it and clean everything with some WD40 but the problem is still here.

Any advice about it?

Thanks

Inside the headlight dip switch you got two spring loaded contact plates.
One is for the high/low beam, the other is the pass light.

I would dismantle the switch, and checked/cleaned the last mentioned contact plate..... and the related contact points in the housing
(this plate shorts the green/blue and the white wire).

Here is a how to dismantle.

Ok perfect, I stopped before removing the yellow switch because I wasn't sure about it. I'm going to clean contacts then

That's the spirit clean and fix and treat the contacts with DeoxIT rather than WD 40.
