Hi All - Have been around the site for a year now and as you can see I have posted for the first time. (ABS doh) A bit about me - Have been a person of leisure (with a bus pass) for some years - and do not own a car. My first bike was a 200cc Honda, then a 1979 400cc Honda Dream, then 3 Kawasaki GT550's ( total 161000 miles) then a Honda 1100 Pan European - did not like it - then my first BMW. It was a 1995 K75RT bought 08/98 with 4089miles on clock. Met its end June 2012 courtesy of a white van man at 123,229 miles - every country in Western Europe visited and only one puncture in that time. A bit gutted at it going actually. Bought a 1996 K75RTIC as a spare in 2010 and it was pressed into service. This month I found a 1996 K75 Ultima which is the one with the ABS problem but otherwise everything works well. Looking forward to conversing with other brick users, and helping out where I can with information I have collected over the years.
