Anyone seen one?

http://www.ascycles.com/detail.aspx?ID=126682

I was in my local dealership today (getting my mate's R80/7 through its annual test) and they had a pile. Nowhere near the US $40 asking price (above), just six quid.

I grabbed one as the photos are very good and will make nice garage wall hangings in cheap frames.

However, there are some serious errors in the information. For example, if you read the description for July (in the above link), you'll see how they talk about a K100RT when the bike is a K100RS.

The mistake is repeated on the calendar and it gives the introduction date of the "RT" as 1982.

September mentions the K1 as being introduced in 1988.

Somewhat embarrassing for BMW (not that anyone in the dealership had spotted the errors). Rolling Eyes

hehe did you point it out to Ocean? I may have to pop in there and pick one up when passing and mention it.... and suggest that due the the information being incorrect they should sell it to me for half the price! Wink

I did mention it. As the price is already much reduced, I didn't press the point (I was probably stunned by the fact that the Old Nail passed the MoT without even an advisory cheers ).

I wouldn't ordinarily buy a calendar but there are some nice photos and for six quid you'd be hard pressed to find similar.
