Hello fella's just a few words to introduce myself. I've had quite a few bikes over the years as my main mode of transport. Now I don't need to commute anymore I have bought myself a couple of projects. One a DR Big Suzuki which is awaiting powder coating and just last week I acquired an '87 K100LT that had had the fairing removed. Never had a Beemer before and for a 26 year old with 60k on the clock she seams to be doing ok. A bit rough but still running fine. I'm hoping to use her as my winter bike when I get around to buying something decent for summer, but as of now she's my only ride. 
Only just found the forum so I look forward to chatting and finding out some hints and tips to keep the old girl on the road.
