Hi Folks, just registered today although read up on a few threads previously.

I'm the proud owner of a 1986 k100 as of May this year, she's my 4th bike, I've previously had a 1954 triumph 3ta, a Yamaha YZF 450 and a Suzuki SV650 so quite a variety. Loving my K tho and she's definitely a keeper!!
I have a question about the colour so I'll be posting that in the appropriate section with some pics of anyone cares to give their input.

Looking forward to speaking to you and hope in return I can offer some experience or useful information.

Many thanks

Rich

Hi Rich,

Welcome to the best K100 source of information.

Where are you in Cheshire?

We lived in Comberbach, near Northwich for 10 years, before moving to Northamptonshire.

Mike

Welcome.

If it's factory paint then there should be a correspondiing three digit paint code on a sticker under the seat.

Ahh just down the road Mike! Small world!

Thanks Duck, I no longer have the original seat and don't recall it having a sticker.
Think I found it though:
