A quick ask of the Google Gods produced a bit of detail from this very forum:

http://www.k100-forum.com/t174-headlamp-switch-repair

It's a start.

If it’s the low beam then dismantle the switch and on the contact block,
unsolder the worn out pin.
grind of the end of the pin the wire connects to and push through the plastic body.
make a new pin from a brass screw that is a tight fit in the plastic body.
solder the wire back on and jb weld that end to the plastic.
re assemble the switch.
tip, take apart in a large plastic bag to avoid losing parts.
Solder the new pin to the wire BEFORE pushing into the block.
