Hi there, on my 1991 k75s I have an aftermarket LED headlight with integrated turn signals (Its a newer model harley sportster headlight). The turn signals remain on when it's wired up, not blinking just a solid amber light, but when i do hit the indicators it indicates normally. I have a Kisan Signalminder connected and I'm wondering if that might be the issue? I also have the BEP 3.0 but I doubt that has anything to do with whats going on, any help would be much appreciated Smile

The Kisan SignalMinder has a running lights option that is its default.

That can be set to high, low or off.

Hold in the Cancel Button and use the hazard switch 1, 2 or 3 times to change it.

The instructions indicate adding a push button switch on moto's without a hazard light button.

@Laitch do you think i’d be able to just connect a wire between the connectors instead of going out and getting a switch?

I think learning to read and follow instructions is a useful habit. A switch doesn't cost much. Why avoid it? You can improvise when you know what you're doing.

Here's a pinout for the flasher relay connector:

Blinkers wont turn off Flasher_relay_pinout
(Although I didn't label it the Blue/Green terminal is for the auto turn signal cancel from the instrument cluster.)

You can ground the Yellow/Violet wire to emulate a hazard switch.

Note that whenever you disconnect the battery or remove Fuse 3 that the SignalMinder will default back to having the turn signals in high running light mode.
