Hi Alan
That sounds interesting - the swingarm. When all this current stuff has passed you'd be more than welcome to call over and swap ideas (not that I've got much worth swapping!) We're near M1 J36. Take care.

Depends on the wall thickness I would think Chris. Based on what Guzzi use, 2mm would be more than sufficient for that design.

The tube is seamless 3mm wall.
Don’t know what the drive will be like as there is no Cush drive so it might clunk a bit.going to try it on my K75🙏🙏🙏

During development of the K engine the clutch plate on the '75 was uprated/altered to a modfied R80 item so's it could cope with the power pulses from the triple. Mind you, BeeEmm were building these things to last a gazillion miles (and succeeded it seems) so my guess is you'll be okay without the cush rubbers in the driveshaft. Have you welded the splined ends on?

The pics only show the swing arm tacked together,it is now fully welded. I will take another pic of it .i turned spigots on both ends of the drive shaft for locations and is now welded together
