Hello, 
K75 ('90, 65k km) while struggling with some misterious engine cranking problem I've also noticed that all 3 injectors are actuated at the same time when engine is cranking (does not start). I guess 3 injectors should follow ignition order (as sparks).  Any idea what could gone wrong causing this issue (EFI, sensors, ...), please?

K 75 & K100 injectors are all triggered together. This is normal on early electronic injection systems. They are not very sophisticated. Whatever your problem is, it aint that.

Hi Ed good to see you.

The issue seems to affect them all equally so its up the line. My own thought is on it being a 16v temperature sensor in it.

What's the "mysterious engine cranking problem"? I think you'll need to be a little more specific.
If the engine cranks but doesn't start, it can be one of three things... air, fuel or spark.
After a failed start pull the spark plugs to check their condition. That will give you a clue where to start looking.
