What is the normal level of 'clunk' from a bevel box?
Mine makes a distinct "clack" on load reversal.
Par for the course, or time to raid the piggy bank?

Ta.

Hi Paul!
There should be no "clunks or clacs" from the rear end.
Do remove the drive shaft as is described in the download section.
It`s important to clean and regrease the splines on the driveshaft.
This is a known weak spot on the K.
Cheers,Wikur!

When you drained and replaced the hypoid oil in the bevel box what did the magnet look like was there an accumulation of sludge and or gritty slivers of metal? Like Wikur above I suspect the splines but looking to eliminate all possibilities.
