Speedo sensor is 23 (brown) and 22 (yellow).  It is a sine wave, 0.7V peak-peak.  There are 6 pulses per rear wheel revolution.

Tach is 16 (black/blue). It is a negative going 12 volt signal.

Does anyone know what to use for the neutral dummy light?
