Looks can be deceptive. It was a beautiful sunny day today so I decided to kit up & take the bike for a spin. Theres still plenty of snow around on the higher ground and the wind was bitterly cold. Good job I had my Gerbings liner & gloves on to back up my Comfortshell jacket.

Looks great Bonzo. I love the lonely road and the scene which amazingly looks like regions around our Snowy Mountains in winter. But, let's be honest here. You just found a good reason to show off your RS. She looks a picture Smile My weekend was a cooler 27 with a threat of a tropical storm. On my way back through the National Park twisties I got into a competition with a few European and rice burner bikes. We had a great time for the next 30km Smile Amazingly she held her own despite her age and a careful rider.

PS: Ordered a new Wilbers shock & fork springs a while ago. They should be here soon. Cant wait to see how she handles round the corners then. Cold but sunny in the Isle of Man :-) Icon_cheers

Hi Bonzo,
The IOM the paradise for bikers, I had many motorcycling holidays there and it is a great place with a generally mild climate due to the effect of the ocean around it.
Very interested to hear how the Wilbers go because the IOM is a perfect testing ground with the road rules there.
Regards,
K-BIKE
