Been in boats off coastlines. They are eerily similar, especially South New South Wales. I can see why he named it. The same can't be said for the mountain near Ulladulla NSW. After being at sea and only enjoying the company of only men for a year or more, he spied a mountain that looks exactly like a young breast, (even the local aboriginal name for it means "breast") He proclaimed it looked like a pigeon house (?) so it was named.

Jez: you'd be surprised how many Scots landscape names there are that the Ordnance Survey are not allowed to translate into English because the original Gaelic refers to one bodypart or another. The Paps of Jura is about the least of them!
