I've owned this 1985 K100RS since 2002. She has led a hard life. All weather, all season, long distance commuting. Regularly serviced but lived outside all her life. Then the fairing was badly damaged when parked by vehicles that knocked her over. I wouldn't adapt a standard good condition bike in this way, but in this instance I felt I had no choice. She lost 58 lbs/26 kg in weight in turning her into what you see here. She's in good mechanical condition and is ready for another 30 years service.
