I have tried to send a PM, however it seems to be stuck in my outbox, I have tried to find a send button but cant, as a newbie am I not allowed to send PM's

PMs will remain in the outbox until read by the recipient.

See the recent Thread "Private Messaging" in the " For Members Only" section of the Forum.
I had the  same question and two members explained to me. They said:

"hi shep

yes it transfers to the sent box ...after its been read by the recipient

there are issues with this happening periodically , as in when the recipients inbox is full

so some advice ,  do maintenance periodically

Shep you've just got to be a little patient sometimes, Although it can be handy to post in the thread that a PM was sent, that way they are prompted to go look, even the pop up can be ignored sometimes so the thread is a good stand by. Just a thought mate.
