I believe they had to sweep the road in front of it to remove discarded cigarette butts and chewing gum. didn't want it to get stuck.

Good marks for creativity, however, I do feel strangely affected by this image as I look at it with my head slightly tilted to one side, as if I might gain a better understanding of what I am looking at if I change the position of my eyes. It's as if this bike came a from some parallel universe... er... um.... yeah.
