Hey Guys,

This is my first ever build and I'm hoping to turn my K100 into something similar to the BMW Gatermann K101. My knowledge is very limited and am probably going to need a lot of help  so please be patient if I sound stupid Very Happy.

Thanks,
DBRMN

Welcome. I have asked plenty of what I feel are dumb questions and I have received great support and zero judgement for asking. You are in the right place.  Smile

Don't worry about he age, just go for it. The guys are all helpful and anyway a lot of us are probably older than your dad so you wont get any crap. feel free to ask any questions you want or need to ask, someone usually has good answers.

A good idea to put the number on your bike and the type/year up as there are important changes made over time that mean some parts are not interchangeable.

When I was 16 we were buying Honda 50s for £35-40, polishing them up and fixing little bits and then selling them on for almost £60. great learning curve and great fun.

More power to you with that K100!!

Rubbish! When Olaf was 16 the Romans were still driving chariots around England. Laughing
