I’ve been looking for a cafe racer for a little bit and picked up a finished ‘88 K100 in April.  I haven’t spent much time on a vehicle project since building my Factory Five GTM in my garage, quite a few years ago.

Hope to add to the community and not just take.

God Bless,

Beautiful piece of engineering, indeed. I love the shape and the color.
But could you remove the crap at the first plan so we could see it better?

WelKome to the forum. There is a specific café/custom section of the forum where you can highlight what ever it is you need to for your bike.

While there certainly are detractors of kustom K 'builds' on this forum, and others, I reckon you'll still find there are those who support it. What most find a bit sad is taking a perfectly good serial K bike and chopping/customising it into a café racer cum scrambler with low 'bars and knobby tyres (often sans mudguards) which is a hybrid that has vague origins in the custom motorbike history. It's a look for sure, but not the most practical function out on the road. I say this not entirely as a purist, having built my own kustom, but one which did not originate through the dismantling a complete bike.

Your new kustom looks to have been given some detail work, and I thought I'd seen it in the past.
