I've been reading the post on the Karamba speedo calibration software but am unable to download it? Does anyone have it that can email it to me? Or advise how I can get it?

On the center of the portal page, there is a link to the forum tech page.
This is a repository of many articles, documentation and software.
Check the tech-forum page. The software is under miscellaneous and even if it says "Calibrate your speedo with Karamba", when you click on the link, you will get the new version call K-diag
 K-diag  includes the latest version of Karamba but has a multilingual interface and other features not supported by the older version. It also has the documentation included in the package.
