Hello from Washington DC/ Hyattsville area.

Recently acquired an 86 with an unknown history and unknown mileage! (Instrument cluster is off an 89 but reads 116k!)

Bike runs well, fellow who I bought it from is skilled and rehauled or replaced a lot of the innards, all with BMW oem parts and pieces.

Needs cosmetic work and overall love and care. Prettt excited to be back on a bike it’s been too long.

Formerly owned a 97 R1100R as well as a few early 80s Suzuki GS bikes.

Hello neighbor!  I don't get out to Arlington much but if you ever hear of some fun nearby rides would appreciate a heads up. Nothing planned for me right now as the weather is too chilly and I've gotten too old to not mind.
