I am new here, but not new to bikes. I have had over 30 in my life but no BMW's.
What I do have is a BMW car that derives it motor from the 'cycle side.
The BMW 700 was made from '59 through '65.
It shares some parts with the bikes and it uses valve cover gaskets from the R67 for example.
My son has taken a keen interest in the K100 so I am trying to learn what I can about that model.
