No. They are a specific shape to match the handlebar clamps. I have no idea if this will make you feel any better about the US price but they are £15 each (i.e. £60 the set) over here. I've just replaced the ones on LFB because at forty years old, they were starting to feel a bit... rubbery?

A good idea BUT - ! 
You still need to punch out your existing mounts to check that they have not deteriorated. Mine were definately starting to split.
(I nearly wrote 'rubbers' but my ego wouldn't have been able to stand the 'ribbing' from the American community).

Max BMW doesn't charge sales tax, so there might be some savings there. Also, if there are some other parts you can add to your order to get the total over $100 the shipping is free.

A&S still has free shipping on all Con-US orders and no tax.
