Hey Frenchy,

We have a couple of 'frogs' registered on this forum and it seems that our 'Franglais' is not a problem at all. If you have any problem, send me an 'MP'

Let's talk about the good stuff first...
You say Bourgogne (burgundy in English)... I love it.
My sister in law is from Pommard! This is where we went for the 3 days wedding. Her father was the manager of one wine cellar(cave). This is where I saw close to 500,000 bottles of wine in one space. Don't ask how many times we visited the cellar for a quick wine tasting.

In this forum, you will find all kind of good technical information related to your bike. Don't be shy to post your questions.

Bienvenue
Welcome

Dear Tony, I propose that frenchk100 and I go down to Australia to give you a hand on brewing Belgian beer and growing a wine yard of pinot... Brewing Belgian beer would at least deserve its own forum... I'l send you a MP, in the mean time www.beerparadise.be ...
Be safe on the road

Hey Chimay bleue

Soon I will create a new section called "your favorite drink" Very Happy
Beer for Belgians, and wine for Frenchies. I think the Aussies like their wine too. They produce some good quality one.

I sure like Chimay but I also like the Gueuze (If I recall, this beer is 16% alcohol).
I may drop to see you in Belgium and have one or 2 beers with you.

Cheers

Deer Drunkers, Iz doo think that a REAL beer lacking cardon DIOXIDE and chemicals and brewed locally ('hic' excuse meeez) is better than any of what I can get elsewhere in the whooole world. hic. Ands its called Warm and wet by youz lot. Almost makes me want to weep. Forget ze fine wines, put the largers back in the metal drums with their gasses and pipings, and make min a pint of the best English bitter. Cheers Boris the Bike drunken

I'll drink to that mate. Stout and K100's have a lot in common. Inclined to be a little heavy, not a popular choice, but full of charecter, well balenced, strong and smooth where needed. Got pulling power as well. Once experienced never forgotten. Cheers mate, Boris the Bike

Beer and bikes are a popular thing preferably not at the same time but the point Boris the Bike makes about the pleasure of real beer is quite correct even in Europe the pleasure of drinking real ale is becoming better known.

If one goes back in time like the current Stella advertisement here where a guy pops out to buy some more Stella for the fridge and as the taxi drives along the surroundings morph very cleverly back to the time when guys wore top hats, and on being presented with a beer in the old time pub the guy says "it's just the same"

That is complete BS since no way did the old brewers serve heavily CO2 top pressured and chilled beer. Let's get back to when beer and wine were made properly without the additives.

A beer/wine section is a thought worthy of consideration.

K-BIKE

Morning, shhh, and dont eat that toast so loudly. A bit of a sore head. A wedding yesterday till 3am. A section for wine and beer....I love this site. Where else do adults get to mix bikes and booze without the P.C. Police (poliically correct for or non-European brothers and sisters) telling us how dangerous it is. We bikers know better than anybody that falling off can hurt!
Dear Tunza66, no problems I think, except when the shops are shut....B.T.B.
