was wondering if anyone has had any experience with fitting a Koso Aftermarket Speedo unit to a 87 K100RS. Looking for any assistance to help me select the most suitable model.

I have read that there may be some issues to overcome with the Clutch Switch to allow starting?, can anyone see any other potential shortfalls.
assistance appreciated.

Search this forum with the keyword acewell, and you would find some info about fitting a aftermarket instrument.

Hmmmm I like then they look a bit better than the acewell. The acewell is more for the cruiser style of bike.

Ok will certainly do some more research based on Acewell unit. i was told that the Koso does not work with bikes that use the Can Bus Wiring harness, and may have issues with some newer fuel injected bikes. Hence my enquiry.
