Meeting with the participants and welcome bag pack provided by the organization.
23:00 the group will go out to the surrounding bars for some fun
SATURDAY 8th

08:30 Meeting with the rest of the participants and welcome bag pack provided by the organization.
At 9:15 Group will leave the hotel to start with the route (Hundreds of curves and good roadway)

At 10:45 hr Arriving at the Chocolate Museum "Valor"
14:30 Dinner arranged in restaurante la COVA
16:30 Trip back to the hotel
Once at the hotel, gift raffle to take place for all the participants.
21:15 In the hotel saloons, Lucky Dip gala to take place.
All the participants of the gala supper will play "AMIGO INVISIBLE". There will be a riffle of the names of all the participants between them, and each one should bring a gift for the named one in the ballot paper. (If anyone needs clarification please contact the organization) Still to be confirmed.

Once the welcome bag pack is provided, the organization will collect the mentioned document.
CONFIRMATION and PAYMENT
Account number to make the lodgement:

The organization will not consider no one as a participant until the payment has been made.
Once the payment has been done, please confirm with us the accommodation option you are signing for, your city and country you are coming from, your motorbike model and your t-shirt size.
DO NOT FORGET TO PUT YOUR NICK-NAME IN THE LODGEMENT.

the last day to make the lodgement is the 17th of February.
If your already has made the lodgement, and you are not able to come, we will refund the full amount if advised before the 24th of February. If you advise us after the 24th, there won't be any problem to refund your lodgement, discounting all the previous spending made till that day.
If you prefer to pay in two times ( half this month and half the next one), there won't be any problem as long as you advise us and your nick - name always appears in the lodgement receipt.
We are planning to make jackets with the meeting logo on it. We will inform about the value in the following weeks.
