G'day All, Replaced the main seal and O ring on the 86 K100 recently and finished up with an oil leak Removed gearbox and clutch (again) to find no marks or scoring on the clutch carrier where the seal makes contact. Any clues as to what I'm not doing correctly. Did the same job on the yellow beast with no issues. Thanks all in advance. Cheers Tom

did you give that big nut 2 Rosskos worth of torque or just 1.

G'day Bob, Yes I gave that big nut two torques as per instructions plus another torqueing to just in case. Will attempt the job again soon. Cheers Tom
