Hi Guys and Gals
My name is Paul and I hail from Brisbane Australia.
I have owned a 1984 K100RS for about 12 months.  Great old girl never really causes me any issues (except when she tried to put me through an Armco fence because the suspension ran out of puff on a corrugated corner......).  She has about 150,000 km on the clock and except for the rattly clutch and a few electrical gremlins which will sort soon is pretty good.  There are some tidy up items as well like foot peg rubbers and the black chrome cover of the muffler us peeling off as there is rust underneath.  I'll probably get it ceramic coated at some stage.  The digital numbers on the clock and gear selector could do with some work as well.  But for $2000 I'm not complaining - I could get on it tomorrow and ride off into the long distance without a problem.
Look forward to sharing stories and advice.
Cheers
Paul

Thanks for the welcome.

I thought I'd see a lot more K100's on the road but they seem few and far between these days - not sure if people have started locking them away for a sunny day!!

Welcome Paul. There are some knowledgeable people here (I'm not including myself in that statement!).

We love: pictures and questions, in that order! Very Happy

Welcome to the forum from an expat Queenslander (only four months to go!). There's a good mob out and about SE Qld (and below the border) who can assist with anything you might need to know about keeping your Mighty K rolling. They are well-used and well-loved riding animals with a little blood in 'em, as you know by now.
