What are we saying regarding metal pipes running into calipers? Double flare or bubble flare? Copper pipe or cunifer? M10 x 1 mm thread on the unions?

A Ball flare is the way and never ever use copper tube on brake lines iy has a nasty habit of getting holes at the most inconvenient times like when you are trying to stop.

Yes, M10 x 1.0 unions. And remember to support the pipe at each end so that vibration doesn't work harden the pipe causing it to stress crack.
