as long as im asking, my small fire was actually enough to melt most of the wires in the harness. being that it is modded to nothing bmw left but drivetrain, i kept the fuel harness the ign harness, the were salvageable, the main harness is basically red, green, gfey and blue to the ign switch and runnin power to all from ign switch with no load shed, chassis ground to starter and fi relay. will it run without a load shed circuit.  evrything says keep it but thats not an option without buying a complete new harness with relays?

Removing the load shed relay should not prevent your brick from starting or running.
