Hi after abit of advice, I`ve noticed a wire from underneath bike comes out of a circle near main stand it`s not connected to anything and appears to be a 2 core wire enclosed in a black sleeve seems to run up by the coolant expansion tank area ?  Cheers

Your bike should have a side-stand switch that disables the fuel pump when the side-stand is down.

If you can start the bike with side-stand down then this cable may be what is left over after someone disabled it.
