Had some time to tinker with the RS.
I knew it was missing a lift handle but i now see there is no mounting block for the handle. It has had one as the welding is there. I have taken measurements of my RT if i have to have one made.
Are such available? I cannot find any reference to one.
Would there be an alternative lifting design?   Any ideas?
      Cheers   Dale

From realoem

shows what it is like.

I have seen a hinged piece of pipe doing the same job, but looks crude compared to the original.

Perhaps one of the Krew may have a spare, though you'll have to make the attachment to the frame.

Dale,
you would not believe it, but I was at the wreckers on Saturday getting some bits for my Katana and I looked in a box of bolts.
There is a lifting handle complete with spring and two clips.
$10. its yours.
They had no idea what they sold me.
Can't help with the frame mount tho

You'll find a wreck with damaged frame at some time that you can cut the mounting off and reweld to your own.

Well, let me see.

Long weekend, so traffic will be bad for you at any time.
Saturday I am relaxing by the pool so should be free all day.
Sunday is grand final day, so I will be relaxing by the pool so should be fine all day.
Monday is a public holiday and is supposed to be quite warm, so I will be relaxing by the pool so should be fine all day.

Your call.

Or I could pop it in the post and you can buy me a beer some time. Special rates for employees?

Thanks for that, received it today - just have to make a mounting block -
You saved me at least a 3hr round trip, So what better way to spend it that on the RS.
New bearings fitted to steering head, forks fitted & new discs on front wheel.
It grinds forward  -  Thanks again - Dale

HI  -oops- Lift handle 652573 didn't mean to shout, some of you still sleeping after last night?
Have had success with the mounting block for the lift handle. A friend helped me out, he got a square tube & cut the frame radius, drilled hole for the pin & tang for the handle. He also made the pin for the handle.

The rest was up to me, so some cutting, welding, grinding & painting latter, its on. Looks much better than some other options [thanks again rosskko for the handle]

Something else i decided to do Lift handle 12-64a10 Lift handle 12-0ac11 Lift handle 11-48911

At the moment an electrical issue with the Hi/Lo beam switch for the head light. It is of & pulling it apart - on the kitchen table of course [Kathy's out] -

Trusting you are all well - Dale
