H all,

I've borrowed a micrometer to check my disc brakes.

Can anyone tell me what the minimum thickness should be for front & rear please?

16v ABS.

Should be readable on the disk inner, quick check says 4,5mm on mine.

It seems my fronts have life left in them, but the rear is down to 4134mm so looks like I'll be doing some spending   Twisted Evil

So sposing ~4.1mm

Spose not too much of a hijack, one of my spare bricks has a rear disc thickness of 1.6mm. I recon I'd win a contest for the thinnest disc, hard to believe it could get to that without warping or cracking, so I'm keeping it as a souvenir.
