Take the whole bike or just the ignition switch to a competent locksmith and they will make a key to suit. AFAIK folding key blanks are available fron Motobins.

I've had a heck of a time getting a BMW key blank cut. I got one cut a few years ago, but when I went back I told the owner that they had cut a key for me previously he got angry and said that his helper should not have cut the key because it would ruin the machine's $300 cutter.

Turns out locksmiths are only set up to cut brass blanks, and the hardened steel BMW blanks require a special carbide cutter that is only used on safe deposit box keys and a few others. According to the locksmiths I talked to in my search, even those keys aren't as hard as the steel in the BMW blanks.

Fortunately, if you have a key to copy and a lot of time, you can file the profile into the blank with a good toolmaker's file. If you can get the blade of the folding key out of the handle, it may be possible to anneal it to make the filing process a bit easier.
