Hi all.

Just recently switched from a Honda VTR1000F to a K100RS 16V from ´90 and realized that it called for some changes in lifestyle....

As a consequence I dyied my hair gray in the sides, started to smoke pipe (a real mess in a helmet) and subsequently started calling anyone more than 3 months younger tna my selfe for "young people".....funny what a bike can do.

But also discovered the meaning of the german word fahrspass :-). That bike is simply comfortable, versatile, and (so far) easy to maintain (spline job:-))

Still looking for some workshop manual though.

Anyway, greetings from DK and maybe I´ll se ya around :-)

Regards

Bjarne

who needs hair anyway, just looks funny when you take your helmet off.
I shave the top of my head and leave the grey ones around the side, a very cool look.

Welcome to the forum Bjarne. I just choose individual hairs and dye them gray that way I fit in with the old farts here.

Welcome aboard Bjarne. I think you'll find something elsewhere on this forum about the age of the members. Not many youngsters here.

Welcome Bjarne,

I have two repair manuals - an original in German, kindly supplied by Olaf (Zonenpfeile) and a Haynes one in English, downloaded from the net.

And there, I thought that the grey sophisticated look came naturally

I like that Agerbundsen....we are all sophisticated...not old, not old farts, not grey, but sophisicated.

Welcome Bjarne,

Grey hair??? Grey is not a color like...... red.
Just consider your hair colorless.

Welcome to the forum.

Hi again all.

What a great forum and thanks to Olaf and Poul for great support with the manuals. And yes, carefully choose those few hair to colour grey to get the sophisticated look.....or did they just get that way over night....by them selves...?? affraid
