Hi to all the greater experts out there than me!

I have some electrical issues that are bugging me... and stopping me from getting the '84 K100 back on the road...

The top fuse (kill switch FI relay to stop light, bulb monitoring unit, accessory socket) is blowing when the starter button is pressed and the bike is trying to start. This seems to be a new fault.

Brake light not working- I have cleaned the switch and worked it. The stop light bulb is good.

Any help much appreciated!

Try to disconnect the brake light switch(es), it have happened before that they have shorted to ground.
