Been a member before..

Mainly an Airhead guy...restored/refurbished about 45 R80G/S and R100GSs with a small number of R60/2 and R69Ss in the mix.

Working on a '54 Rennsport replica right now and a couple R75/5s..

I've had 4 K75s and an '87 K100LT. I've mated KRS fairings to K75s and K1 paralever tranny and rear drive to another K75 (had to change the rear drive to match the smaller K75 engine curve)

My current K is a blue/white '88 K100RSSE that's gong through a K100RSSE engine swap. Trying to wire a K1100 engine into the '88K100. Mechanically, no problems but switching the L-Jetronic and Motronic parts are a real PITA.

Have a little shop in Redwood City, CA (Bay area) and a website

https://gregsgssite.shutterfly.com/

Look forward to being back in the mix

Greg

Glad you are back Greg, This forum lives by it's Knowledgeable members, you can add to that.

That RS SE is the sweetest K in my humble but talk of Rennsport reminds me of an even sexier bike..

George Meiers' 1939 TT winning 500 which Michael Krauser showed me in Dec 1973.

Low, Lean, Light,, Superb machine. O/H cam supercharged, I think? It was in as used VG condition then,

Be worth a motza now eh?

Ghost
