Doing some service on my 92 k100rs and noticed some of the rubber tubes going from the air box to the throttle bodies are detiorating bmw doesn't seem to sell the tubes seperatlly what do you guys use to replace these. Thanks

reports from the local bmw guy says the same thing about the tubes ....sorry dont have a solution as yet ...

I had a similar issue with my Triumph T509 where the vacuum feeds to the throttle bodies were going brittle, splitting and creating air-leaks.

I replaced with silicon tubing of the correct internal diameter, there is loads of the stuff on ebay in various colours and sizes.

Hi there, I use cooling system hose of adequate diameter.
