Need the front and rear "RS" fairing badge for my 89 K100RS SE.  I can see where they were, but they're not there now.  I've tried my usual sources for OEM parts; BikeBandit and 2Wheel Pros but both say they are out of production and no longer stocked.  Same for Beemerboneyard and kbike parts.  Someone with a 3D printer??

Just tried Motobins.  Interesting site but no luck.  Lots of K75 badges but nothing RS.  Maybe I should lop a cylinder off...

Try Motorworks.co.uk with an email enquiry if its not listed, they break (part out) a lot of K bikes.

Googling plastic letters came up with these people.

The standard BMW characters are 13.75mm high. 

A bit more searching may come up with some more options, but it could be a solution if you can't find any original letters.

Motorworks didn't have one, even with an email request, but they had a few K75 badges.  That hacksaw is looking better and better...

I checked out that lettering site as well.  I think I'll just keep trolling the web.  Something will come up.

I have just bought North America's supply of chrome RS badges!  I've been searching for this for two years and a couple days after joining the Forum I have what I was looking for!

When I'm in Oz I'll absolutely lob a couple of Foster's at you!

No worries, mate. But if you want to shout a Fosters you'll have a bit of trouble as no one drinks it in OZ, especially in oversized tinnies, since it's an export. Now Cooper's, Cascade, Twoohey's or barbed wire (Castlemaine XXXX, get it?) and, as it's said, we'll be laughing.
