Quick question hopefully with a quick answer. The "Choke' lever on my '84 only stays open in the first position but in the second position has to be held open.

Normal or not?

Regards

Phil

Hi Phil,
Coment, that is normal. That is not how my as new K100RS works, the choke lever which moves really freely will stay at either setting.
Regards,
Jeremy

Thanks Rene and Jeremy and I had feedback from Roy as well who indicates his is like Jeremy's so we can assume an improvement in the later models.

Might have to investigate further....

Regards,

Phil

The 1985 K100 choke will only stay in the first position and on the 1986 K75 it stays on 2 positions.
