Good afternoon,

I owned this bike for many years, sold it to a friend of mine a few years ago and recently bought it back.  The bike starts and sort of idles, although I am experience a rough idle when cold.   I called the PO, he stated that he synchronized the throttle bodies. 

I have always been under the impression that you do not touch these.  I have sync'ed my R bikes, so have tools, although I am a bit confused as to where / which cylinder to set for the baseline.

Hopefully this makes sense.  Any help would be appreciated, the manual is scarce on this information.
